What is recorded
We record property searches, result status, timing, a browser identifier, IP address, browser information, and referring page. This helps measure usage, diagnose failures, and limit automated or excessive use.
Email access
If you verify an email or join the beta waitlist, we store the address with the relevant access, PIN, and communication records. We do not sell email addresses. Property and product updates can be turned off through the site.
Public records
Property PINs and assessment information used by this tool come from public Cook County records. Search activity and verified-email information are not public.
